What 𮩻 means
It is a rare form of 駘, used for an inferior horse. Chinese dictionaries also give 駘 the figurative sense “a person of little ability.” In formal self-reference, 駑𮩻 lets a writer lower their own standing through the image of a poor horse.
A reference book from China’s Southern Song period, 爾雅翼, records 𮩻 in a passage about an eastern creature said to be tattooed and red-footed and to prefer foxes to crows. Books from China’s later Ming and Qing dynasties also use it in the horse expression 駑𮩻.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𮩻 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
