What 𮮘 means
It records Zhuang in a local character system.
Zhuang is a language spoken by the Zhuang people, especially in southern China. Sawndip is its older character-based writing system, built by reusing and combining Chinese character forms, sounds, and meanings.
Since Tang and Song times, these local characters appeared in songbooks, ritual texts, letters, and other records, without one shared standard. The Pingguo Liao Songs passed from oral performance into written, edited collections that record work, love, marriage, and history. A Latin-based written Zhuang was introduced in 1955 and revised in the 1980s.

Questions people ask
1Why does this character show as a box?
Your current font may not include the glyph. CJK fonts vary in Extension F coverage, so try one that lists this block; a missing-box display does not change the character in the text.
