What 𮯎 means
It is a Japanese variant of 齷, used in 齷齪.
In Japanese, 齷齪 (あくせく) means hurrying around or fretting over small matters. In Chinese, 齷齪 (wòchuò; simplified 龌龊) means dirty, base, or narrow-minded.
𮯎 uses Japan’s simplified 歯 where standard 齷 uses 齒. Extended shinjitai carries official Japanese simplifications to kanji outside the official-use list. Japan’s JIS X 0208 character-standard revisions incorporated many such forms in 1978–1983; JIS X 0213 Supplement 1 later restored conventional glyphs. A transcription based on a 1975 collection of Sasaki Kun’s short story 妻の秘密 (first published in 1939) records 𮯎齪 for あくせく. It notes the glyphs were outside JIS X 0213 and identifies them by their components.

1Questions people ask
1Why does 𮯎 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
