What 𮯔 means
It extends from teeth to unevenly fitted parts.
The Eastern Han dictionary Shuowen Jiezi (completed around 100 CE) defines 齵 as “teeth not straight,” from 齒 (“teeth”) plus 禺, a sound part. A Qing-era encyclopedia records 𮯔 with that gloss.
The Zhouli (Rites of Zhou), a Chinese ritual-and-craft text, uses 齵 for wheel parts that do not fit evenly.
