What 𰃊 means
It's a nonstandard written variant of 兆. The earliest attested 兆 form appears in Shang oracle-bone writing, carved records of divination on bone or turtle shell. Its shape represents cracks made by heating a turtle shell; those cracks were read as omens. Taiwan's 2024 Ministry of Education dictionary gives 兆 as one trillion (10¹²); mainland China's 2023 SI standard uses it for the metric prefix mega, meaning one million (10⁶).
