What 𰆶 means
It is a Zhuang character from the Sawndip tradition. Sawndip was made to write Zhuang, borrowing Chinese characters and using locally created forms. A stone inscription dated 682 already contains several examples; a Guangxi account from 1175 describes petitions and contracts written in it. These dates attest the script, not this individual glyph.
Unicode source code GZ-3171104 locates this entry at page 317, column 1, entry 10, character 4 in the 1989 Ancient Zhuang Character Dictionary (古壮字字典). That dictionary preserves characters from songs, rituals, stories and letters. A Latin-based Standard Zhuang orthography was introduced in 1955 and revised in the 1980s; this glyph belongs to the older, nonstandardized tradition.
