What 𰗪 means
It is a Sawndip character used to write Zhuang.
A Guangxi inscription from 682 records Old Zhuang writing. Scribes adapted Chinese forms for Zhuang words by sound and meaning. Older texts include contracts, rituals, songs and letters. Regional forms differed. Latin-based Zhuang spelling arrived in 1955 and was revised in the 1980s. The 1989 Ancient Zhuang Character Dictionary cross-references 𰗪 to 𭇞.
