What 𰝗 means
The older form 㶕 appears in an early Chinese dictionary. Shuowen Jiezi, compiled during the Eastern Han dynasty, explains 㶕 as 淅 (xī), rinsing grain. Guangyun, a Song-dynasty dictionary organized by rhyme, glosses it more specifically as washing rice. Its older form combines 氵, the water marker, with 簡, a component that hints at the sound.
