What 𰠕 means
It is an older form of 疾.
疾 can mean illness or quick movement. Japanese kanji references list 𰠕 as an older form of 疾.
疾 appears in Shang-period oracle-bone writing, inscriptions on shells and bones used in royal divination. One reading sees an arrow-struck person and links the character to injury. Another separates a human-and-arrow sign for “fast” from 疒, a sickness sign, and says they join in bronze inscriptions.
