What 𰤜 means
It is a traditional way of writing the Zhuang language.
Zhuang is a language spoken in southern China. Sawndip adapts Chinese character shapes and parts to write Zhuang words. Some early local forms appear in a 682 stone inscription from Guangxi; Song-dynasty records describe this writing in contracts and legal petitions. Later texts include songs and ritual writing. The 1989 Ancient Zhuang Character Dictionary records this exact glyph.
