What 𰩃 means

Its recorded Korean sense is fear of difficulty. A lexical entry also describes a negative or passive attitude.

Volume 9 of Korean scholar Kim Seok-ju’s 1697 collected writings contains a Chinese-language essay on farming that links crop names with moral ideas. It says “𰩃者惧也” (“𰩃 means fear”) and connects caution in public affairs with good government.
