What 𰯺 means
It writes the Zhuang word gaeux, “owl.” Unicode’s Han-character database records gaeux as this glyph’s Zhuang reading.
The wider writing tradition appears by 682, when a Tang stele in Guangxi included old Zhuang forms alongside Chinese text. Sawndip adapts Han characters to write Zhuang; later works include songs, scriptures, stories and records. That stele dates the wider tradition, not this glyph.
Can gaeux mean something else?
Yes; the same spelling can name a maternal uncle. A 2015 guide from Guangxi in southern China lists gaeux for a mother's brother other than the eldest. That is the same spelling in a kinship context; it does not make this glyph an uncle character wherever it appears.
A 2018 digital selection of a Zhuang origin song uses gaeux for an owl in a verse saying a horse's head was made from one.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𰯺 show as a box on some devices?
It is recent: Unicode added it in version 13.0 (2020), and phones and computers whose fonts are older than that have nothing to draw it with. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
