What 𰵕 means
It represents 请: a request, an invitation, or “please.”
The form dates to a draft issued by the People’s Republic of China’s Chinese Character Reform Committee on 20 December 1977. The draft aimed to simplify commonly used characters that were difficult to write. It proposed 𰀈 as a shorter form of 青, then substituted it inside 请 to create 𰵕. The State Council withdrew the scheme on 24 June 1986; the qǐng word and its meanings stayed the same.
