What 𰺷 means
It is a rare written form of 遶, a variant of 繞.
The Han dynasty’s Shuowen Jiezi, an early Chinese character dictionary, defines 繞 as “to entangle,” with 糸 (“thread”) for meaning and 堯 as the sound component. The Song dynasty’s Guangyun, a dictionary organized by rhyme, gives 遶 the sense “encircle”; Taiwan’s Ministry of Education dictionary identifies 遶 as a later variant of 繞.
Chinese character references equate 𰺷 with 遶. The Unicode chart also associates this exact glyph with a source entry from Taiwan’s CNS 11643, Taiwan’s national Chinese character set; that identifies an encoding source, not when the written form first appeared.
Use 𰺷 when an exact source spelling matters; routine writing uses 绕 in Simplified Chinese or 繞 in Traditional Chinese.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𰺷 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
