What 𰼛 means
Read it as 釐 within its word.
The Ganlu zishu, a Tang dynasty spelling guide, labels 𰼛 “vulgar” (nonstandard) and 釐 standard: two spellings of one character.
𠩺, an earlier graph for 釐, appears on oracle bones (used in divination) and bronze vessels from China’s Western Zhou dynasty in blessing contexts. A later form added 里 as a sound component; 釐 also means “put in order” or a tiny measure.
