What 𱏃 means
Its meaning depends on which script you are reading. In Vietnamese Nôm, a historical Vietnamese script adapted from Chinese characters, 𱏃 begins one spelling of láng giềng (“neighbor”).
The 1989 Ancient Zhuang Character Dictionary records 𱏃 in Sawndip, a locally variable script adapted from Chinese characters to write Zhuang, a Tai language of southern China. It carried songs, scriptures, and local records; surviving inscriptions show the script by 683.
