What 𱕜 means

It gave writers a way to record spoken Vietnamese.

Local scholars developed it after Vietnam regained independence in 939, adapting Chinese characters and their parts to write Vietnamese words. A Nôm dictionary cites 𱕜 in the verse tròn hay méo (“round or crooked”).
