What 𱺿 means
It is a rare form of 冠, “hat” or “wear a cap.” Taiwan's Ministry of Education lists 𱺿 as a variant of 冠. The early dictionary Shuowen Jiezi defines 冠 as a cap used to tie up hair. Classical texts link caps to ceremonies marking adulthood; Japanese court caps marked rank. 冠 can mean “cover” or “come first,” as in 冠軍 (“champion”).
Why might 𱺿 look blank?
Your font may lack this glyph. Taiwan's CNS11643 record said in 2024 that Windows default fonts lacked it and offers a CNS font package.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𱺿 show as a box on some devices?
It is recent: Unicode added it in version 15.0 (2022), and phones and computers whose fonts are older than that have nothing to draw it with. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
