What 㛍 means
It had several distinct senses in historical dictionaries.
The Shuowen Jiezi, an early Chinese character dictionary, uses 㛍㛍 for the look of someone whose aims have been fulfilled. It also records a breath-related sense and having little breath. Later dictionaries add improper conduct and the appearance of a woman walking quickly.
A Western Han copy of Cangjie Pian, a primer for learning written characters, includes 㛍 on bamboo strips.

Questions people ask
1Why does 㛍 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
