What 㟜 means
It is a short form of a character glossed “mountain form.”
The Chinese Song-era rhyme dictionary 《集韻》, a reference organized by sound, was completed in 1039. It lists 㟜 as an alternative to 𡾱 and glosses the latter “mountain form.” The later Kangxi dictionary calls 㟜 a customary abbreviation.
Fonts may draw Han characters with different strokes; that alone does not make a new character.

Questions people ask
1Why does 㟜 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
