What 㩅 means
㩅 is a historical written form of 抽, with the sense “draw out.”
The ancient Chinese character dictionary Shuowen Jiezi, compiled around 100 CE, glosses 㩅 as “to draw” and records 抽 and 𢭆 as alternate forms. Later dictionaries also give related senses: removing something, a shoot emerging, and smoothing earth by hand for a wall.

1Questions people ask
1Why does 㩅 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the CJK Unified Ideographs Extension A block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
