What 㿔 means
A small raised skin swelling, such as a pimple, pustule, or wart.
㿔 is recorded as a variant of 癗. The older Chinese dictionary 說文解字 does not list 癗; medieval dictionaries 玉篇, 廣韻, and 集韻 describe skin swelling or a small raised lump.
Chinese medical writing uses it for raised eruptions and sores. A 2024 dictionary entry retains the same skin-bump sense.
Why does 㿔 show as a box?
Your font is missing the glyph.
Unicode identifies the character; fonts draw its shape. A font that supports Chinese, Japanese, and Korean text and includes 㿔 can display it.
Literal and medical-leaning; outside a skin-symptom context, it can sound clinical.
Used decoratively, it can make a message read like a note about a skin lesion.

1Why does 㿔 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
