What 䗧 means
A regional name for a dragonfly, preserved in two forms. The later encyclopedia Taiping Yulan quotes Fangyan, an early dictionary of regional words, and preserves commentator Guo Pu’s note: people in Huainan, a region of China, called the insect 䗧𧉅. Fangyan is an early imperial China text; later dictionaries also record 䗧蛜.
Lexicographic and dialectal; it belongs naturally in a local insect name.
Alone, it gives little context; explain the local dragonfly name.
