It means “white appearance” in classical Chinese.
The 2024 Taiwan Ministry of Education variant dictionary links 䯫 to 顥 and 皓, citing the later dictionaries Jiyun and Leipian for this gloss. It says exact 䯫 is absent from the earlier Shuowen, a Chinese character dictionary; 顥 is recorded in that dictionary tradition.
Classical entries connect 䯫 with 暠, 皜 and 皞 too, in a family of white, shining, clear-air and sky-related senses. The surrounding phrase determines which sense fits.

Not every system ships a font for the CJK Unified Ideographs Extension A block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
