What 勪 means
It means “to raise the feet,” or “walk with them lifted.”
勪 is absent from Shuowen; the Ministry of Education identifies it as first recorded in Jiyun, an alternative form of 蹻 using 力 instead of 足. Its purpose was to write the same word, not a new one.
The dictionary also links its qiāo reading to 蹺. Through 蹻, the family can mean proud, forceful, or sandals; these are historical extensions, not new slang.
