Try Cangjie EGDE or Mandarin pinyin gǔ. Cangjie is a Chinese character input method, and EGDE is the listed code. In a pinyin input method, enter gu3 and check its rare-character candidates; available entries depend on the software.
What does 濲 mean?
It names a watercourse. The Taiwan Ministry of Education’s variant dictionary says 說文, an early Chinese character dictionary, does not include 濲. It traces later entries through 玉篇, 廣韻, 集韻, 四聲篇海, and 正字通; one later dictionary glosses 濲 as the Gu River in Henan.
The earliest dictionary witness in that trail is 玉篇, compiled in 543. A geographic account from 2022 uses 瀫水 for Zhejiang’s Qu–Lanjiang system. The use stays geographic, while the named watercourse and written form differ by source.
A geographic name character; the sentence or source identifies the watercourse.

That is a font-coverage issue. Taiwan’s CNS character entry listed Windows 10 and later as carrying the glyph in 2024; an app can still choose a font that lacks it.
