What 珝 means
珝 is a jade term with later name use.
The appended entry in the Shuowen Jiezi, an early Chinese dictionary, defines 珝 as jade; 玉 gives the meaning, 羽 the sound.
Later dictionaries cite 珝 in historical personal names: Xue Xu (薛珝), son of Xue Zong (薛綜), an official in the ancient state of Wu, and Bu Xu (卜珝) in a Jin history.
