What 郍 means
It is a historical written variant of 那. In ordinary modern Chinese, 那 is the standard form; 郍 is chiefly useful when reading a historical spelling, name, or dictionary entry.
The dictionary records 郍 in 温郍沙, a historical name for a Sogdian country. It also gives 郍 the separate gloss “hidden.” These uses belong to specific names or entries; the character alone does not select one.
A Chu manuscript preserves an early form of 郍 from the Warring States period. 郍 is not included in Shuowen, an early Chinese dictionary. A Six Dynasties epitaph and a Later Tang stele later record it as a graphic variant of 那.
A rare historical written form used in names, dictionaries, and variant spellings.
In ordinary modern Chinese, use 那 unless preserving a historical spelling or name.

Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
