What 釥 means
It can mean fine metal, good, clean, tiny, or sharp.
A Han-era text called 方言, a record of regional speech, pairs it with 好 (“good”) for the Qing, Xu, and Haidai areas of historical China.
玉篇, an early Chinese character dictionary, glosses it as 美金 (“fine metal”). The later Guangyun dictionary tradition records “clean”; later dictionaries also give “tiny” and “sharp.”
An uncommon, dictionary-like character; use it where a Chinese phrase supports one of its recorded senses.
Alone, it does not identify which sense is intended.
