What 𝈄 means
It marks the first sharp of F in ancient Greek vocal notation.
“First sharp of F” is a modern chart label, not a promise of a piano F-sharp: Greek music divided pitch in different ways.
The sign sat above a lyric syllable to tell the singer which pitch to sing. Vocal signs used letter-based forms; instruments had a separate set. Greek scale frameworks shifted from the Classical era to the later Imperial era under Roman rule, and Greek music influenced Roman and Middle Eastern traditions.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𝈄 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
