What 쁷 means
Alone, it does not identify a complete Korean word. Hangul was first publicly recorded in 1443, and Hunminjeongeum, a guide to the writing system for Korean speech, was published in 1446. Older names for the script included 언문 and 국문; Hangeul is the name used for it.
A Hangul block groups letters into one syllable. In 쁷, ㅃ is the starting consonant, ㅢ the vowel, and ㄳ the pair of consonants at the end.
The written block itself carries no tone; the surrounding Korean text supplies context.
Do not read a fixed chat reaction into one block.
