What 쵾 means
It is a written Korean syllable, not a standalone message. “Cyonh” labels how the block is built: initial ㅊ, vowel ㅛ and final cluster ㄶ. It is not a translation of the syllable.
The final cluster ㄶ contains ㅎ. Records from the fifteenth century show some nouns ending in ㅎ changing form with grammatical endings; this noun pattern later disappeared from ordinary modern Korean. That history describes older Korean grammar, not a separate meaning for 쵾.
Someone sent me 쵾 alone. What should I read into it?
The block alone does not reveal the intended word. Ask for the surrounding Korean word or sentence; “Cyonh” is its construction label, not what the sender meant.
Neutral in Korean spelling; opaque without the word or sentence around it.
“Cyonh” names the construction; it is not a translation.

Questions people ask
1Why does 쵾 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
