What 띧 means
It is a Hangul syllable block, not a message by itself. Hangul combines consonant and vowel letters into one block for a syllable. Here ᄄ begins the block, ᅵ is its vowel, and ᆮ closes it. The Unicode label “ddid” names that construction; it is not a Korean word or a pronunciation guide. Fonts can change the parts’ placement or proportions without changing the encoded character.
Hangul’s design and principles were explained in the 1446 Hunminjeongeum, a book presenting the script. The modern set of precomposed syllable blocks—each stored as one character—draws on Johab, the Korean character repertoire in KS C 5601-1992. 띧 follows Hangul’s regular consonant-vowel-consonant pattern; those dates mark the script’s early design and a later encoded inventory.
Neutral as text; a single block does not set a conversational tone.
A lone 띧 is too little context to tell what the sender intended.
