What 뛗 means
It is one Korean syllable, not a whole reply. Hangul, Korea's writing system, builds syllable blocks from consonants and vowels; this one combines ㄸ, ㅞ, and final cluster ㄳ.
King Sejong introduced Hangul in 1443 to write Korean more directly; it was first called Hunminjeongeum. A book of that name explained its design in 1446. Before then, Idu, Gugyeol, and Hyangchal adapted Chinese characters for Korean writing. Hangul became the official national script in 1894, lost that status under Japanese rule in 1910, and gained public support after liberation in 1945. Its design is compared with the older Phags-pa writing system, but similarity alone does not prove borrowing.
