What 됆 means
It combines an initial consonant, a vowel, and a final consonant cluster.
Hangul is the Korean writing system. It arranges consonant and vowel letters, called jamo, into a compact block for each syllable. In 됆, ᄃ begins the block, ᅫ is the vowel, and ᆱ closes it with the final cluster ㄹ ㅁ.
The first record of Hangul's creation is dated 1443; a book explaining its purpose and principles appeared in 1446. The new script faced resistance before it became Korea's official national writing system in 1894.

Questions people ask
1Why does 됆 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
