What 꿐 means
It is a Korean syllable block; the surrounding word supplies its meaning.
“Gguk” is a Latin-letter spelling used to identify its sound, not a word with a fixed meaning. The block combines three Hangul letters, called jamo: ㄲ, a tense initial consonant; ㅜ, a vowel like “oo” in “food”; and ㅋ, the final consonant.
Hangul was designed to write Korean speech directly, which Chinese characters did not represent neatly. The first record of Hunminjeongeum, the guide introducing Hangul, is dated to 1443; an explanatory book appeared in 1446. Those dates concern the writing system, not this individual syllable.
How do I type 꿐?
On a Korean 2-set keyboard, enter ShiftR, then N, then Z.
With Dubeolsik, the standard Korean 2-set layout, those keys enter ㄲ, ㅜ, and ㅋ in order; Korean input combines them into 꿐. On a Latin-only layout, the same keys type Latin letters.
Fonts can draw this Hangul block with different contours while the text remains the same character.
