What 햩 means
It functions as a spelling unit within a Korean word. Hangul, the Korean alphabet, joins ㅎ (initial consonant), ㅑ (vowel), and ㅌ (final consonant) in one block.
Hangul was devised to write Korean speech more easily than Chinese characters; its creation is recorded in 1443. The explanatory Hunminjeongeum Haerye appeared in 1446. Hangul coexisted with Hanja (Chinese characters used in Korean writing) before becoming Korea’s main script. Influence from the Mongolian Phags-pa script has been proposed, but remains disputed.
Some fonts rebalance the strokes inside the block without changing the character.
It belongs to Korean spelling, not conversation.
