What 샇 means
On a Korean 2-set keyboard, type t, k, then g. With Korean input active, these keys enter ㅅ, ㅏ, and ㅎ in order, and the input method joins them into one syllable block.
What does 샇 mean?
It contributes one syllable to Korean writing. If it arrives by itself, you have a written syllable rather than a full sentence; the surrounding Korean text can show how it fits into a word or message.
How did Hangul syllables develop?
Hangul began as a designed alphabet in 1443. It was created under King Sejong to write Korean. The explanatory book Hunminjeongeum appeared in 1446 and describes how initial consonants, vowels, and final consonants form syllable blocks.
Earlier Korean names for the same writing system included 정음, 언문, and 반절. After 1894, 국문 and 국서 became common labels. The name 한글 appears in records from the early 1910s and became widely used after the holiday celebrating the script took that name in 1928.

1Questions people ask
3Is 샇 an emoji?
No. It is Hangul text used to write Korean syllables, rendered as text by a font.
Why can 샇 look different in different fonts?
Different fonts can give the same syllable different outlines. A missing-glyph box means the font lacks support; it does not change which character was sent.
Can 샇 and 샇 be the same syllable?
Yes. Unicode can encode the same syllable as 샇, three separate Hangul letters; normalization can compose that sequence into 샇.
