What 샅 means
It means “groin” or “the gap between things.” Its earliest documented trail reaches Middle Korean; the older “gap” sense survives beside the body-part sense. Hangul was developed in 1443, with its explanatory book published in 1446 to make Korean easier to write than Chinese characters.
That history survives in 샅샅이 (“through every nook”), 고샅 (“a narrow village lane”), and 샅바 (the 씨름 wrestling belt). If you meant 삿, ㅅ and ㅌ can both sound [t] at syllable end, but spelling changes the word.
Plain native vocabulary for an intimate body area; context sets the tone.
A lone 샅 is Korean text; ask for context, not emoji intent.
