What 텻 means
Alone, its meaning depends on context.
Hangul, Korea's writing system, arranges jamo (letter parts) into syllable blocks: ㅌ begins 텻, ㅕ is its vowel, and final ㅅ is the final consonant, called jongseong.
Hangul's block system dates to the 15th century. The 1670 Nogeoldae Eonhae, a trade dialogue for interpreter training, uses 텻 within an older spelling in a passage about an official weighing scale. Final ㅅ spelling conventions shifted after the 18th century.
Historical spelling; a chat reaction reading would need context.
