What 욛 means
By itself, 욛 does not identify a Korean word.
The Hangul jamo (letters) in 욛 are ᄋ ᅭ ᆮ: ᄋ opens the block, ᅭ is its vowel, and ᆮ closes it.
Hangul was created in 1443 to write Korean without Chinese-character workarounds; the 1446 book Hunminjeongeum explained the script. Idu, Gugyeol, and Hyangchal were earlier ways to adapt Chinese characters to Korean.

fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
Codes and encoding1 code points
