What 𑽙 means
It is one of Kawi’s decimal digits. The Plumpungan stele, a stone inscription, is the earliest known Kawi record, dated around 750 CE.
From the mid-8th century, Kawi recorded land grants and royal edicts. It grew more calligraphic as it carried Old Javanese literature. Other scripts replaced its active use from the 16th century. In 2020, revival communities used Kawi for modern Javanese and Indonesian. Later Kawi forms evolved directly or indirectly into scripts including Javanese, Balinese, Batak, and Lontara.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𑽙 show as a box on some devices?
It is recent: Unicode added it in version 15.0 (2022), and phones and computers whose fonts are older than that have nothing to draw it with. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
