What 𘭕 means
Its Unicode name is an index, not a pronunciation. Unicode assigns names sequentially by code point, not by meaning or sound.
The 2026 Unicode Standard says sound signs usually join into clusters of two to eight to spell a word; some signs stand for whole words. Clusters need special support in vertical or horizontal text, while a linear display leaves them in a row.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘭕 show as a box on some devices?
It is recent: Unicode added it in version 13.0 (2020), and phones and computers whose fonts are older than that have nothing to draw it with. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
