What 𘭿 means
It is one sign in the Khitan small script.
The Khitan writing system took shape around 925; Yelü Diela is credited with creating it to write Khitan. Its forms drew on Chinese characters, while Uyghur writing influenced how it recorded sounds, though the scripts look different. Later, writers of the Jurchen language adapted Khitan models. The small script appears on tomb inscriptions, monuments and official objects. A Jin-dynasty order banned its official use in 1191; the first funerary inscriptions were discovered in 1922, renewing scholarly study.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘭿 show as a box on some devices?
It is recent: Unicode added it in version 13.0 (2020), and phones and computers whose fonts are older than that have nothing to draw it with. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
