What 𘱮 means
The label identifies the glyph, not its role in a Khitan word. Khitan writing uses logograms (signs for whole words) and phonograms (signs for sounds). In Khitan Small Script, phonograms usually cluster, and script-aware layout arranges them into blocks; a character shown on its own may be a word sign or one part of a word. The small script is said to draw on Uyghur writing, although the two have few visible similarities.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘱮 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
