What 𖺕 means
It can appear in compound numerals above 19.
Medefaidrin uses base-20 numerals: after units, the next place counts twenties. In 40, 𖺕 marks two twenties and 𖺀 zero units. The form is optional and keeps the digit's value.
The Medefaidrin language emerged around 1927 among the Obɛri Ɔkaimɛ, an Ibibio Christian community in southeastern Nigeria. Its script was made to write that church language, first used in worship and community life, then in church schools and some daily settings. Teaching resumed around 1986 after decline. A 1947 study records the numeral system; a 2016 encoding proposal describes alternate forms.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𖺕 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
