What 𑆅 means
It is Sharada’s independent vowel letter i.
Sharada developed from northwestern Brahmi, an older script. Sharada inscriptions reach the 8th century CE; examples include 9th-century Kashmir coins and a jar inscription dated 855–883. Later manuscripts include the 12th-century Bakhshali mathematics manuscript and a 14th-century Kashmir manuscript on birch bark. It served Sanskrit and Kashmiri and later gave rise to Takri. In the 19th century, Arabic-script Kashmiri and Devanagari narrowed its use.
