What 𝨗 means
One blink within a signed expression. It marks an eye blink as part of facial expression in SignWriting. Its position with the head symbol and other facial marks helps show how the expression fits into the two-dimensional sign.
SignWriting grew from DanceWriting, Valerie Sutton's notation for recording dance movement. In 1974, researchers in Copenhagen asked Sutton to use it to record signs from video. Feedback from Deaf readers helped reshape the system so it could represent many signed languages.
Specialist notation within SignWriting, not everyday chat punctuation.
Without a SignWriting context, the mark alone is ambiguous; don't take it as proof that the sender is winking at you.

1Why does 𝨗 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
