What 𖫀 means

Lakhum Mossang created the Tangsa alphabet in 1990 to write his own Muishvung variety. Later work adapted it for other Tangsa varieties spoken in northeast India and northwest Myanmar. A 2013 proposal records an early character chart; the 2020 Unicode proposal reproduces Mossang’s 2003 list beside the revised character set. It describes the alphabet as independent of existing scripts.
