What 𖪱 means
It represents the voiced /d/ consonant in Muishvung.
Muishvung, also called Mossang by outsiders, is one Tangsa variety. Tangsa varieties are spoken in Arunachal Pradesh in northeast India and across the border in Myanmar. Lakhum Mossang created this alphabet in 1990 to write his own variety. A 2019 revision expanded its consonant inventory for other Tangsa varieties, while some communities also use Latin-based spellings.
The alphabet was newly devised, not descended from existing scripts. It is a full alphabet: 𖪱 has no built-in vowel, and vowel sounds are written with their own letters.
